Using our code will give you the option of a refundable rate. Hotel room reservations under the refundable rate can be cancelled or modified up until 7 days prior to arrival. Please note, nonrefundable rates charge 100% of the reservation at the time of booking and are not refunded with any cancellation or changes. If you are still deciding if you can attend, we recommend still booking a refundable rate just in case rooms sell out!
